Equipment required to get service may be purchased or leased. Standard equipment cost for Family, Family + , & Business packages is $270.00 which may be leased for $13.80 per month. Equipment for Direct-25 package and Custom packages varies by location. Leased equipment includes replacement coverage for the life of the lease but does not cover service call fee. Purchased equipment has 1 year manufacture warranty. There is a $3 per month processing fee for not enrolling in automatic payments. *Please note all packages are based off standard equipment install. If different equipment is needed, price is subject to change. No refunds on yearly packages, except in the event of moving or unforseen circumstances.
