Will be answered as Normal during our normal posted business hours. Personel will be mainly working from home. We operated the business soley from our homes from 2010-2015 so this is something we are well equiped to do.

Towers:

System monitoring and tower repairs will be done as normal and needed due to the fact we do not have to have any contact with anyone to work on these systems.

Service Calls:

Extra measure will be made to diagnose and fix customer service Issues remotely. This will take more assistance from our customers so please be patient and work with us. When possible if a customer can swap out their equipment, replacement equipment will be disenfected and mailed to customers. If a service call is needed, technicians when at customers home will either avoid contact with customer or remain at least 6ft from customer. Technicians at the company until this is resolved will not be at the office or have any face to face contact with anyone at the company to help isolate possible spread from one technician to another. Daily sanitation protocols are being put in place for when they need equipment.

Office NOT OPEN to public:

General public will not be allowed in the office, our doors are closed except to 4 essential personel and delivery drivers until this situation is reolved.

We have shared specific instructions with our employees on the importance of washing their hands and staying home if they feel sick. We know that many of you have scheduled in-home consultations, installations, or service calls with us. If you have any concerns, we will be happy to work with you to reschedule your appointment. #1 Keep Your distance from others:

The same rule of 6ft for the flu applies to Corona Virus. Airborne viral transmission can infect someone up to 3 ft away under normal circumstance given a 2:1 safety factor a distance of 6ft if recommended. If someone coughts or sneezes Nuclei droplets can travel up to 30ft. If you are sick cover your mouth and stay away from the general public please !

#2 Wash your hands & clean under finger nails:

Wash your hands for at least 20 seconds with antibacterial soap and clean under your finger nails with a nail brush or old toothbrush. Dry hands off with a paper towel, turn the faucet off with the paper towel, and open the door with the paper towel ,and then dispose of the paper towel.

#3 Wear eye protection:

While this is rarely spoken of, bacterial and virus droplets can easily infect a host through the eyes.

#4 Shower and Wash your clothes when you get home:

As an added preventative measure if you have been around someone who is sick shower and wash your clothes as soon as you get home. The transmission mechanisms of Covid-19 are currently not fully understood.
