Town of Cicero Internet Sign up Form
This form is exclusively for residents in the town of Cicero for the Cicero Internet Program. Sign up deadling is June 1, 2022. Funds are limited and will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. The program includes the following:
- Standard Install paid for by the town of Cicero.
- Standard Equipment paid for by the town of Cicero.
- Reduced rate Internet Guaranteed until 01-01-2025.
- Service Install between April 2022 and August 2022

Funds are limited and will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
By signing up there is no guarantee for service. The program is contingent upon 60 or more locations in the town of cicero signing up. Some locations will not be serviceable due to geographic constraints. A standard install is defined as a radio being mounted on the roof or eve of a building and wiring being run less than 75 ft to 1 router near an electrical outlet. Standard equipment includes the following: 1 - radio capable of up to 50 Mbps download, 1 - Roof/Eve Mount Bracket, 1 - Power Injector, 1- Wi-Fi Router.
